  4. Dear Microsoft Windows NT Developer,

  6. The Borland C++ for Win32 Early Experience Program (EEP) is about
  7. to start!
  8.  
  9. The EEP for Borland C++ for Win32 costs $299.95. For this low
  10. price, you'll get all the pre-release versions of Borland C++ for
  11. Win32. We will be shipping the pre-release versions only on
  12. CD-ROM media. You'll also be given a special offer to buy the
  13. shipping version of the product when it becomes available.

  15. As an EEP participant, you'll have access to a special forum on
  16. Compuserve, monitored by the Borland staff, to discuss problems,
  17. make suggestions, and report bugs.
  18.  
  19. Included in the ZIP file is an EEP Application. To be considered
  20. for the program, please fill out the application and mail, email,
  21. or fax it back to the address at the top of the application form.

  23. Due to the high demand and limited number of openings, we will
  24. not be able to accept all applicants.
  25.  
  26. Applicants that are accepted will be sent an EEP agreement and
  27. order form by mail. The first pre-release version of the Borland
  28. C++ compiler for Win32 will be available during this quarter. The
  29. exact starting date is dependent on Microsoft shipping a beta
  30. version of Windows NT.
