Dear Microsoft Windows NT Developer,

The Borland C++ for Win32 Early Experience Program (EEP) is about
to start!

The EEP for Borland C++ for Win32 costs $299.95. For this low
price, you'll get all the pre-release versions of Borland C++ for
Win32. We will be shipping the pre-release versions only on
CD-ROM media. You'll also be given a special offer to buy the
shipping version of the product when it becomes available.

As an EEP participant, you'll have access to a special forum on
Compuserve, monitored by the Borland staff, to discuss problems,
make suggestions, and report bugs.

Included in the ZIP file is an EEP Application. To be considered
for the program, please fill out the application and mail, email,
or fax it back to the address at the top of the application form.

Due to the high demand and limited number of openings, we will
not be able to accept all applicants.

Applicants that are accepted will be sent an EEP agreement and
order form by mail. The first pre-release version of the Borland
C++ compiler for Win32 will be available during this quarter. The
exact starting date is dependent on Microsoft shipping a beta
version of Windows NT.
