  21. These are the settings i use to connect to R+E with my zyxel U-1496E modem.
  22. I use procomm+ v2.01 with the connent baud set to 57600. I also use the 
  23. Dual Eliminator sold by R+E. I call the 726-3632 number. With these settings
  24. i can connect at 16.8 kbps and get 2002 cps on my down loads of zip files
  25. useing ymoden-g.  I hope this helps some one who is having problems connecting
  26. at 16.8 as i did when i first got the modem.       JIMM CRAIG
