  1. These include files would be placed in mit/extensions/include of
  2. an X11 source tree.  A link for mit/server/include/xyz.h should
  3. be made to mit/extensions/include/xyz.h.  A link should also be
  4. made from mit/X11/xyzext.h to mit/extensions/include/xyzext.h.
  5. The mit/extenions/include Imakefile can be easily modified to
  6. make these links when a "make includes" is done in that directory.
