  21.     This is the fourth release of Windev, the integrated program
  22.     development environment for Windows.  Windev is shareware (see
  23.     license.txt), so please register it if you find it useful.
  24.     The on-line help explains how.
  25.  
  26.     Since Windev is being actively developed, you are invited to
  27.     provide as much feedback as you can via CompuServe.  Bug reports,
  28.     enhancement suggestions, and even complements are all welcome.
  29.     This is your chance to make your voice heard!

  31.     You may be interested to know that a version for Windows NT is
  32.     also available in the WINNT (library 4) and MSWIN32 (library 16)
  33.     forums on CompuServe.

  35. Minimum Hardware and Software Requirements
  36.  
  37.     For this release for Microsoft (R) Windows 3.1 (TM), a 386 PC
  38.     running in Windows enhanced mode, with at least 4MB of RAM.
  39.     To install Windev you require about 360 KB of free disk space.

  41. Installation Instructions:
  42.  
  43.     1) Change drive to the installation disk (eg. A:)
  44.     2) Type "INSTALL destination-directory"
  45.     where <destination-directory> is the full path to
  46.     the directory below which the installation
  47.     directory will be created. (eg. INSTALL C:\)
  48.     3) Read LICENSE.TXT in the WINDEV subdirectory to the
  49.     directory specified in step 2.  If you agree to
  50.     the terms, continue...
  51.     4) Use Program Manager to add WINDEV.EXE to one of
  52.     your groups.
  53.     5) Try WINDEV and see how much more productive it
  54.     makes you!
