  12.             TimeStax is a full-featured professional program distributed 
  13.             under the shareware "try-before-you-buy" concept.  It is
  14.             not free software nor has it been placed in the public domain. 
  15.             You may use this copy for 1 month while evaluating it. You may 
  16.             also distribute copies for other users to evaluate.  If after 
  17.             1 month you find that the program suits your needs and you 
  18.             decide to use it on an ongoing basis, you must register this 
  19.             copy for $49.95, plus shipping costs, with the registration 
  20.             form shown below.

  24.              - a bound copy of the manual
  25.              - the latest copy of the program disk
  26.              - notification of program upgrades (first one is free)
  27.              - 1 hour free phone support for 60 days (your dime)

  34.         TimeStax for the free use by others, subject

  41.         2) You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting
  42.            donations, for any copies, however made; and from distri-

  44.                products without prior permission in writing from Johnson
  45.                Technologies.  An exception is granted to not-for-profit
  46.                user's groups, which are authorized to charge a small fee
  47.                for materials, handling, postage, and general overhead not
  48.                to exceed $7.00.

  51.                institutional environment unless a site license is granted
  52.                in writing from Johnson Technologies.  It is intended for
