Telegard File List Utility v2.71

Compiled using Turbo Pascal v6.0 by Borland International
The only requirement for this utility is that your ar flags be the LAST
thing in the acs string for the area. It will work if they are not, but
security wise I wouldn't guarantee that everyone will get the right lists
that way (ie: s50d50fLPa18 the a in a18 will show up as a flag, this
should be s50d50a18fLP). Actually I don't guarantee anything anyway,
so what the heck!
Examples: TGFILE FILELIST S50 D40 L A
Makes a filelist called filelist for areas with a
SL of 50 or less, a DSL of 40 or less and that have
the L AND/OR A flags turned on in the area's acs string.
TGFILE FILELIST S50
Makes a filelist called filelist for areas with a
SL of 50 or less with NO REFERENCE to the flags or
DSL in that area's acs string.
TGFILE FILELIST D50
Makes a filelist called filelist for areas with a
DSL of 50 or less with NO REFERENCE to the flags
that are turned on or the SL in that area's acs string.
TGFILE FILELIST L
Makes a filelist for areas with the L flag turned
on in the area's acs string with NO REFERENCE to
the SL or DSL levels.
NOTE: FILELIST may be a full path to where you wish the file to be
placed. The path may be up to 79 characters long.
(ie: TGFILE C:\BBS\REPORTS\FILELIST.LST)
I have had a couple of requests to incorporate the ! operator that Telegard
uses to say 'not Flag A(!fA). I feel that if you are going to go so far as
to not turn on a flag to prevent access, you can turn on a flag with a little
more effort and receive the same affect. The flag operations in this program
are extremely accurate now, so if the flag you specify IS NOT turned on in
that area the area will not be listed. If the flag is turned on it will be,
so it's a very clear cut situation of on and off. So, for example (to clarify)
if you have an area with the ACS s30d30fA and you use TGFILE FILELIST J that
area with the A flag WILL NOT be listed.
