  22.     States  law  and  international  copyright    conventions  which  are not
  23.     expressly  granted    to  the  user.     No  part  of  this material may be
  24.     reproduced, reversed engineered, cloned or modified in any way  without
  25.     obtaining prior express written permission of Santronics Software.

  28.     XpRead, XpUser, XpCfg, XpEdt, XpFiles, and the file extensions OPX    and

  30.     trademarks of Santronics Software.

  43.     LICENSE AGREEMENT

  45.     Any use of the product at all constitutes acceptance of these terms and
  46.     conditions.   Santronics  Software    reserves  all  rights which are not
  47.     expressly  granted    or  necessarily  implied  by those rights which are
  48.     expressly granted.

  50.     The  law  of the  United  States  and of the  State of Florida shall be
  51.     controlling  and  the  courts  of  the  United  States and the State of
  52.     Florida  shall  have  exclusive  jurisdiction  to  the  maximum  extent
  53.     permitted by international law and the law of the United States.

  55.     The Xpress Mail System  is fully copyrighted and  is not in the  public
  56.     domain, nor is it "Free Ware".  It is distributed under the concept  of
  57.     software distribution known as "shareware" which allows users to try  a
  58.     program package to see  if it meets their  needs before paying for    it.
  59.     Continued use beyond the authorized evaluation period requires  payment
  60.     of the registration fee.

  62.     Santronics Software grants an unlimited license to make and  distribute
  63.     unregistered  copies  of  Xpress  versions    which have been released by
  64.     Santronics Software,  but no  modification at  all may  be made  to the
  65.     program executables or documentation files.  No fee  may  be charged by
  66.     anyone  other than  Santronics Software for copies of Xpress beyond the
  67.     actual  cost of  providing  such  copies without  the  express  written
  68.     permission of Santronics Software.

  70.     Santronics Software grants a limited license to use this product for an
  71.     evaluation period of  thirty (30) days.   Use of this  product for more
  72.     than  30  days  requires  payment  of the registration fee.  Santronics
  73.     Software grants to registered customers a license to use  this product,
  74.     subject to the following:

  76.     1) Registration is not refundable or transferable.
  77.  
  78.     2) Copies of registered Xpress program files may not be distributed.
  79.  
  80.     3) Original copyrights must be maintained and not altered.
  81.  
  82.     4) Unofficial software patches must not be not applied.
  83.  
  84.     5) The software executable files must not be tampered with in any way.

  86.     6) Reverse engineering or cloning the process, system, or the look and
  87.        feel is not permissible without prior consent and licensing from
  88.        Santronics Software.

  90.     7) Registration shall be automatically voided without notice by any act
  91.        which is inconsistent  with the rights  of Santronics Software  with
  92.        respect to the product. ie, registrating the product for cloning  or
  93.        reverse    engineering  purposes.     This  WILL  NOT  be  permited    and
  94.        strongly addressed.

  96.     8) No resale of registered copies or unregistered copies without prior
  97.        consent and dealership licensing from Santronics Software.
