  4.     This is a drop-in replacement for all previous 1.1x versions.

  6.     A bug fix version only. No other changes from version 1.14.

  8.     Finally squashed the local mode bug experienced on a few systems!
  9.     This fix has been tested and works on all of the systems that reported
  10.     the problem to me. Please let me know if you experience any problems in
  11.     local mode.

  13.     If SF-Rom is run in DESQview, then when it is idle (waiting for caller
  14.     to press a key), it will release it's unused clock tics to programs
  15.     running in other windows. This is the same as in previous versions.

  17.     In order to fix the local mode bug, I had to remove the idle time slice
  18.     release code for all multitaskers except DESQview. SF-Rom will still
  19.     run in any multitasker, but it will hog more clock tics and tend to
  20.     slow down the other windows a bit more.
