  3. This version of RoseMail alters some of the netmail configuration files.
  4. As a result, it is strongly advised to backup any of your files in the
  5. NET subdirectory (especially the *.DAT files).  These files will be
  6. needed if you switch back to an older version and you should also make
  7. sure that you do a pointer file restore if you do switch back.

  9. As a result of these automatic conversions, some points of netmail within
  10. RM may seem slow the first time that you perform a function for any
  11. given network.  (Such as scan, insert or look at the translation tables).
  12. This is a one time slow down and should disappear on subsequent usage.
