PCB-REWARD CONFIGURATION FILE DATA
This is a Sample configuration file. Use the information contained here to make
the necessary adjustments to REWARD.CFG, for your BBS. You may rename
REWARD.CFG, if you so desire.
All of the lines contained below, and above the dashed line, MUST be included
but without the comments. The included REWARD.CFG file shows the exact format
in which the config file must appear.

Notes:
Line 1 - This is the name of your BBS. If you have registered this version,
this name MUST APPEAR EXACTLY as you specified on your registration
form.
Line 2 - This line contains your registration number. If unregistered, leave
at 00000.
Line 3 - This is the complete path to your USERS file. It must contain
the name of the users file, and must not contain any spaces.
Line 4 - PCB-REWARD has the ability to limit the users that it scans, by
for security level, when determining Top Uploaders. For example,
if you want to include all users with levels up to level 90, but
exclude any users with 90 and above from the scan process, set this
to 90. One note: You MUST make this number HIGHER than the highest
REWARD security level. In our example here, this number must be
larger than 75.
Line 5 - This is the maximum number of users to reward. The Maximum is 99.
Line 6 - This is the security level to award the Top Uploader. You must have
a matching security level in your PWRD file, or the user will be
defaulted to 10 minutes!
Line 7 - This is the Security Level to award all other rewarded users.
Line 8 - This is the complete path for the creation of a Bulletin which
lists the Users who have been rewarded. If you do not want a
bulletin, just use a dummy file name.
Line 9 - This is the complete path of your News File. It must be included.
Line 10 - This is the "Vanity" Flag. The program adds a copyright line to the
bottom of the user-definable bulletin and the news file. However, I
realize that some SYSOPs hate those lines, so the ability to disable
it has been added. Setting to 'Y' will cause the copyright line to
be written. Setting to 'N' will eliminate this line. Set this to
y or n. Case does not matter.
Line 11 - This is a flag which determines whether the Bulletin, News file or
Both will contain the rewarded users Definable Notice. Setting
to 1 will cause the Bulletin to be written. Setting to 2 will cause
it to be placed at the top of the News file. Setting this to 3 will
cause the notice to be place in Both News and Bulletin form.
Please Note that when it is placed in the news file, a special
character, the ~ , is used at the top of the original news file to
mark the merge point. This MUST be placed at the very beginning of
the original news file before the first time it is run. The reward
bulletin will then be merged at the TOP of the news file. See DOCS
for additional info.
Line 12 - Reserved for future feature - Must include.
Line 13 - Reserved for future use - Must include.
