  14. Here is a good recipe that showed up for my party.

  16. ELECTRIC WIGGLERS!

  18. 1 Large package Lime Jello
  19. 1 Small package Lime Jello
  20. 1 packet Knox unflavored geletine
  21. 2 1/2 cups water
  22. 1 cup vodka
  23. 1/2 cup Midori Liquer
  24.  
  25. Mix the jello and Knox into the 2 1/2 cups water. Make sure the water
  26. is just below boiling to dissolve everything. It helps if you use a
  27. warmed mixing bowl to keep the Jello from starting to congeal on the
  28. sides too soon. Because of the high jello/gelatine to water ration,
  29. there is a tendancy for the mix to start to set too soon.

  31. Keep stirring for 2 to 3 minutes until the mix has cooled down to near
  32. room temperature, then add the vodka and Midori. If you add the vodka
  33. and Midori too soon, the hot jello mix will drive off the alcohol.

  35. Pour into a 9 x 13 non-stick pan and refridgerate. After it hardens,
  36. cut into small squares about 1.5 inches on a side (use non-metal knife
  37. and spatula), and place in a bowl with some crushed ice.

  39. These can be made in advance and keep well. They were the hit of the party!
