Here's an easy microwave recipe for apple crisp (or crumble, or whatever):
6 cups sliced apples (about 6 medium apples)
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup rolled oats
3 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
Fill 9 by 7 inch microwave-safe pan with sliced, peeled apples.
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons sugar on top. Microwave on high 6 minutes,
stirring once. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl until crumbly.
Spread on top of apples and microwave on high 3-6 minutes more.
Conventional: Do not pre-cook the apples; bake at 350 F. for twenty
minutes.
