  13. 1 T baking powder
  14. 1/2 t salt
  15. 2/3 c sugar

  17. 1 egg, beaten
  18. 1/3 c shortening, melted
  19. 1/2 c milk
  20. 1/2 c sour cream

  22. 1/2 c finely chopped peaches, peeled & stoned
  23. 1/2 c fresh blueberries
  24. 1/4 c seedless grapes, coarsely chopped
  25.  
  26. Preheat oven to 400 deg F.  Sift together the first 4 ingredients.
  27. Stir in the egg, shortening, milk, and sour cream, just until
  28. moistened.  Fold in the fruits.  Fill paper-lined muffin tins full, and
  29. bake approximately 20 minutes.  Makes 12 muffins.
