  1.                         PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT
  2. This is a SHAREWARE program which is designed to be used by businesses 
  3. to maintain information about their employees.  PERSONNEL is fully menu 
  4. driven.  A on-line HELP is available to guide users.
  5.   
  6. At DOS prompt:    MD/PERS       --- creates subdirectory to hole PERSONNEL
  7.                   CD/PERS       --- change to PERSONNEL subdirectory
  8.                   COPY A:*.*    --- copy all files to PERSONNEL subdirectory
  9.                   PERS          --- activates PERSONNEL SYSTEM
  10.  
  11. The following are files in Personnel Management:
  12.     READ.ME             This file.
  13.     PERS.EXE            The main progrm.
  14.     PERS.DBF            The main database.
  15.     PERSNAME.NTX        Index for Personnel.dbf.
  16.     PERSHIST.DBF        Database holding former employees.
  17.     DEPT.DBF            Database for departments.
  18.     HELP.DBF, DBT, NTX  Help files.
  19.     HISTNAME.NTX        Index of Pershist.dbf.
  20.     LICENSE.DOC         License and registration form.
