MsgTrack 3.31
RELEASE NOTES

------------------------------------------------------------
*** Version 3.31 --- January 1, 1993
Fixed a bug that made it impossible to compile zone numbers
higher than 255.
When any raw nodelist file cannot be opened (usually due to
a sharing violation), the compilation is aborted leaving the old
index in place.

*** Version 3.30 --- October 25, 1993
Fixed MTLog so that it won't crash when no 'action' lines
are found in the log.
Removed the 'Strip Flags' option on the Handling->Misc menu.
Note: It is still possible to set 'Strip Flags' exceptions in
the Exceptions Manager, but seting it will obviously have no
effect.
New config option 'Map DB Flags' on the Handling->Misc
menu. If used, the redundant flags used by D'Bridge (PVT,
CRA, RCV, SNT, FIL, K/S, HLD, FRQ) will be translated to
the 'regular' attribute bits of the same function. Each
flag will be striped when converted to an attribute bit.
New commercial config option 'Strip FAX' on the
Handling->Misc menu. If used, the FAX related flags used
by D'Bridge (HIR, COV, SIG, LET) will be removed from
passthrough messages.
Renamed the 'Strip Crash' option on the Handling->Attributes
menu to 'Strip Priority'. The function has changed
somewhat, also. Use of this option will cause the CRASH,
HOLD and XX2 attribute bits =and= the DIR, IMM and XMA
flags to be striped from passthrough messages.
The 'Crash' setting in the Exceptions Manager has been
changed to 'Priority'.
The 'Strip Freq' option will now only strip the FReq and
UpdReq attribute bits.
If the SEAdog style 'Receipt Req' attribute bit is set, it
will automatically be maped to the FrontDoor style RRQ flag
setting. The attribute bit will not be reset after this
action.
The ZON flag (if present) will be striped, if 'UnGate INTL
Mail' is used.
If the file attach bit is striped, the TFS and KFS flags
(if present) will also be striped.
The Bad UUCP Handler will now, additionally, bounce
messages if the message is addressed to UUCP at your system
and is marked Orphan.
If you want a Domain to appear in MSGIDs on bounce messages
from your system, or in your "Via MsgTrack" line, you MUST
now specify a domain as part of your address (General->Address
->Network Address). The "Domain Matching" table will no
longer be used for this purpose.
Throughout MTSETUP, if the 'point' part of an address is
zero (0), it will not be displayed.
MT will now abort if the TZ= environment variable is not set.
MT will no longer, under any circumstances, strip an
existing INTL line.
The ability to export your configuration from within
MTSETUP no longer exists.
Increased the maximum number of nodes allowed in the index
to 30000 (it was 20000).
