  8.                      REGISTRATION AND ORDERING INFORMATION

  12.            Registering MicroMenu allows you to use the product after the
  13.            trial period. Registered MicroMenu users may get mailed
  14.            notification of MicroMenu updates and priority when calling the
  15.            MicroLink BBS.  Most importantly, registered users know they
  16.            are helping to make sure that high quality software like
  17.            MicroMenu continues to be sold in this low cost way.

  19.            MicroMenu registration costs $25 U.S. / $35 Canadian. Checks
  20.            and U.S. money orders are accepted for payment, as well as 
  21.            corporate purchase orders for amounts of $25 U.S. and over.
  22.  
  23.            An evaluation disk with the current copy of MicroMenu on it is
  24.            available for $10 US / $12 Cnd. This is to be used to try out
  25.            MicroMenu, and does not include registration. The fee covers
  26.            the cost of postage, diskette(s), and handling.

  114.            Any commercial (i.e., business, corporate, government, or other
  115.            institutional) use of MicroMenu must be registered. Volume
  116.            discounts and site licenses are available.
  117.  
  118.            Each Network terminal running MicroMenu is considered as a
  119.            serarate user and should be registered accordingly.

  121.            The order form on the previous page may be used to purchase
  122.            multiple copies of MicroMenu, with discounts as follows:

  124.                        1  -  10 copies     no discount
  125.                       11  -  25 copies    10% discount
  126.                       26  -  50 copies    15% discount
  127.                       51  - 100 copies    22% discount
  128.                      101  - 200 copies    30% discount
  129.                      200+       copies    40% discount

  131.            Purchases of up to 50 copies are bulk purchases and include
  132.            that many copies of MicroMenu on disk, as with single
  133.            registrations.  Purchases of 51 or more copies are site
  134.            licenses.  Premier Business Solutions provides a master copy
  135.            of MicroMenu and the appropriate number of diskette labels. 
  136.            The Licensee is responsible for copying the disks (backups of
  137.            the MASTER do not count towards the total copies in the license).

  139.            The name on the order form is considered the contact and is the
  140.            person with whom all correspondence will take place.

  142.            Note: All prices and discounts are subject to change without
  143.            notice.  Discounts apply only to separate orders, they are not
  144.            cumulative.
