  1. I have not included an install program with this BBS release, mainly to
  2. cut down on the size of the download.  You will need to install the files
  3. in the following directories:

  6.      EXE.ZIP  -- executable and database files -- **PLEASE** install in a
  7.                  new directory (for ease of deleting if you don't like it)
  8.      Help.ZIP -- install in the executable directory or in the 
  9.                  WINDOWS directory -- your choice
  10.      VBX.ZIP  -- Install in WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory (see below)
  11.      VBX2.ZIP -- (Optional) Install these files only if you are running
  12.                  Windows 3.0 (they are included in Windows 3.1)

  34. NOTE: You will also need to have VBRUN200.DLL installed in your \WINDOWS or
  35. your \WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory.  It is not included with this package.

  37. The program has a complete *.HLP file, and it is designed so that you can
  38. scroll thru it sequentially, as well as do jumps and searches.  I have
  39. implimented context sensitive help whenever possible (F1), but <SHIFT>+<F1>
  40. is *NOT* implimented, nor is it planned.

  42. I have commented out a password module to get into the program, because I 
  43. haven't figured out a good way to store in the program itself (it uses no
  44. INI files for configuration) whether or not to ask for a password.  I 
  45. figured a password would be nice in a corporate setting -- the program could
  46. be installed on a common directory on the network, but the average user
  47. would not be able to use it, since they wouldn't have the password.

  50. **PRIVATE** messages so as not in interfer with the already incredible scroll
  51. rate of the forum.
