  10.          Two new features have been added to FaxMail for the 1.01
  11.          release.  Please refer to FAXMAIL.DOC for full documentation
  12.          for help with installing and setting up FaxMail.

  17.          This command line switch is used on the DOS command line.
  18.          Example:   FAXMAIL /INTER
  19.  
  20.          This switch lets international sysops use FaxMail.  Some
  21.          overseas telephone exchanges allow two or even one digit
  22.          numbers.  FaxMail 1.00 would not reach these exchanges.
  23.          Using this switch, FaxMail now looks for dashes between
  24.          the exchange and number so it will work correctly for
  25.          international sysops.

  29.          LIST: <filename>
  30.  
  31.          You can now enter one message into PCBoard and reference a
  32.          list of names and telephone numbers to use to transmit the
  33.          message.  Just enter your message into PCBoard and address it
  34.          to "LIST: <filename>" where <filename> is the name of a file
  35.          that contains the names and telephone numbers.  The file must
  36.          reside inside the FaxMail subdirectory and its contents look
  37.          like this:
