What's new with FaxMail 1.01?
-----------------------------
Two new features have been added to FaxMail for the 1.01
release. Please refer to FAXMAIL.DOC for full documentation
for help with installing and setting up FaxMail.
/INTER
This command line switch is used on the DOS command line.
Example: FAXMAIL /INTER
This switch lets international sysops use FaxMail. Some
overseas telephone exchanges allow two or even one digit
numbers. FaxMail 1.00 would not reach these exchanges.
Using this switch, FaxMail now looks for dashes between
the exchange and number so it will work correctly for
international sysops.
LIST: <filename>
You can now enter one message into PCBoard and reference a
list of names and telephone numbers to use to transmit the
message. Just enter your message into PCBoard and address it
to "LIST: <filename>" where <filename> is the name of a file
that contains the names and telephone numbers. The file must
reside inside the FaxMail subdirectory and its contents look
like this:
Name 1,Telephone 1
Name 2,Telephone 2
Name 3,Telephone 3
<etc>
Your list file can contain as many entries as you wish. Only
the sysop and co-sysops can use this feature.
