Each process is defined with a list of events, the starting date and time, and
an interval when the process is repeated.
For example, a process could be defined which executes the events which perform
a daily update, and daily reports. The process would be defined as a daily
process, and would begin on a given date, at a specific time. Each event
required is listed in the order it is to be performed.

These are the functions performed when the following key is pressed:
F1 - Display Help Screen.
F2 - Edit process
Change the existing parameters for the process.
F3 - Add process
Create a new process, and enter the parameters.
F4 - Delete process
Delete an existing process. The process selected will be deleted. EVENTMAN
will ask you to confirm before the process is deleted.
F6 - Return to event list.
