  4.        The System Operator (Sysop)  of each participating system has
  5.    to agrees to the following policy before joining DataNETLink.

  8.    The following are the policy for DataNETLink Network.

  11.     1. Sysops must voluntarily participating in DataNETLink.
  12.  
  13.     2. Sysops  can determines which of the  conferences are included
  14.        from his  or her participating system,  whereby it includes a
  15.        minimum of 3 conferences  and a compulsory  DataNETLink Sysop
  16.        Conference.

  18.     3. Sysops must post mail packets from his or her hubs into their
  19.        bulletin board system conferences.
  20.  
  21.     4. Sysops  has  the  full  rights  and  privilege  to  cut  down
  22.        conferences to a minimum of  3  conferences and a  compulsory
  23.        DataNETLink Sysop conference.
  24.  
  25.     5. Any Sysops  whose bulletin  board will be close temporary  or
  26.        permanently is required to post notification to their host or
  27.        hub.
  28.  
  29.     6. Sysops is strictly prohibited to distribute messages to other
  30.        bbs system without permission.

  32.     7. Sysops  has  the  rights  to  engage  in  other  network mail
  33.        activities provided that the messages are not being flown out
  34.        to other Networks.
  35.  
  36.     8. Any system  desiring to be a  Regional or Hub agrees to carry
  37.        all conferences currently available in DataNETLink Network.
  38.  
  39.     9. Sysops have to  poll their  Host or  Hub with a  minimum of 3
  40.        times a week.
  41.  
  42.    10. Sysops  are to  display  their matrix  address in their echo-
  43.        mailing tagline.
