  18. <p>Use this action to check redundant logical devices for inconsistent or bad data.
  19.   Verification is similar to <a href="csynchld.htm">Verify with fix</a>, except
  20.   that the Adaptec Storage Manager does not repair the drive if bad data is found.</p>
  21. <p> Verification can be a lengthy operation. You cannot perform any other actions
  22.   on the controller until the verification is completed. You can verify the logical
  23.   drive immediately or schedule it for another time. You can also schedule the
  24.   verification as a recurring task. A recurring task starts at the initial start
  25.   time, then runs periodically according to the given interval: the same time
  26.   each day, the same time each week, or the same time each month.</p>
  27. <p><IMG height=17 src="images/note.gif" width=15><B> Note:</B> You cannot perform
  28.   any other actions on the controller until the verification is completed. For
  29.   example, you cannot schedule a verification if another logical device verification
  30.   is in progress.</p>
  31. <h2>An example</h2>
  32. <p>You schedule a verification task with an initial start time of Sunday, December
  33.   21, 2003 at 2:00 AM. It recurs weekly. It will run again on Sunday December
  34.   28, 2003 at 2:00 AM.</p>

  36.   off the %SERVER% while verification is in progress.</p>

  39.   <li>In the <a href="cusegui4.htm">Logical devices view</a>, click <img src="images/s_logdr1.gif" width="28" height="20" alt="Logical device">

  52.     date and time. The Adaptec Storage Manager displays the Scheduler pane:<br>

  55.         year, and time you want the task performed.<br>
