  32. This file contains the UNICODE.NLM and DSAPI.NLM for third party
  33. developers that have products which run in the IOEngine on SFT3
  34. v4.10.  the DSAPI.NLM will now run from the sft3 IOEngine. 
  35.  They also fixed  a problem with the DSGetConnectionHandle()
  36. call.  With OS/2 it is possible to get a connection pointer that
  37. had the high bit set, making it look like a negative number which
  38. would be interpreted as an error.  DSAPI now properly
  39. distiguishes between a valid -1 return value and a valid
  40. connection pointer in the negative range of numbers.
