  11. Ofcheck 4.1b is fully compatible with previous versions of Novell
  12.  GroupWise databases, and is recommended for execution in place
  13. of
  14.  previous versions of Ofcheck.  There have been a number of
  15. significant
  16.  updates and enhancements made to Ofcheck, which should assist
  17. system
  18.  administrators in correcting problems and maintaining Novell
  19. GroupWise
  20.  installations.

  40. - During EXPIRE check for complete post office, detect and delete
  41. orphaned
  42.    records in message databases and orphaned files in OFFILES -
  43. recover
  44.    wasted storage
  45.  - Prevent deletion of new attachment files in OFFILES
  46. directories during

  48.  - Verification record validation - detect and report security
  49. violations

  51.  - Detect and delete extremely large (invalid) notify files
  52.  - Detect and correct folders linked to self instead of valid

  54.  - Resolve unowned files by setting file ownership to Supervisor
  55.  - Turn off database roll-forward logging if accidentally turned

  88. These files may be copied to any directory from which you desire
  89. to run
  90.  Ofcheck.  Note that if you copy them to a directory other than
  91. the usual
  92.  \admin\wptools path, you will also need to copy the two
  93. dictionary files
  94.  (OFUSER.DC and OFMSG.DC) from your current mail installation in
  95. order to
  96.  fix structural problems or do rebuilds.
