  4. gave the impression that OSF is slowing down on it's pace towards OSF/1.

  6. There were statements similar to: OSF will tend to give the development
  7. of OSF/1 away to the large companies (like DEC, HP, ...) and will,
  8. on the long run, withdraw from developing operating systems.
