  3. Please be advised that this week a small group of people from
  4. OSF, USL and other organizations met and drafted the CRBs
  5. for P1003.4 (Realtime) and P1003.4a (pthreads).  The .4 CRB
  6. will be published Tuesday March 31st and the .4a CRB will
  7. be published Monday April 13th.  Ballots are due at the IEEE
  8. office April 8th and May 1st respectively.

  10. The CRB represents a consensus of the CRB group and we hope you
  11. will read and consider endorsing the objections submitted in the CRBs.
