  3. Anyone know why POSIX.1 ignored hardware flow control?
  4. Looking at 5 different Unix flavors, 4 of which support
  5. the POSIX.1 <termios> interfaces, all 5 have a different
  6. way of enabling/disabling hardware flow control on a
  7. tty port.  Sure would have been nice to have this
  8. standardized.
