- That's true, but Hewlett-Packard was way ahead in releasing an
- internationalized version of UNIX. I believe that they proposed
- it as a standard to POSIX. It's definitely looking at what HP
- did in this area....

- I also seem to recall that X/Open has a proposal in this area.
