  10. You should contact AT&T. The internationalization of UNIX was a major
  11. thrust for the development of SYSV Ver 4.0. The added many hooks to
  12. the operating system to support different languages for commands, help
  13. and error messages. I got this info from a University UNIX Users group
  14. conference a little over a year ago. It was sponsored by AT&T.
