  6. A Posix System Administration working sub-group is looking for "existing
  7. practices" of "system monitors" to use as a possible basis for a system
  8. monitor specification to be included in the IEEE P1003.7 (Posix System
  9. Administration) standard. By system monitors, I not only mean things
  10. like vmstat, pstat, iostat et al, but nice tools like HP's monitor(8) or
  11. Sequent's monitor(8) (the two that I do know of).
