  84. <p>If you cannot import a token, the cause is usually one of the reasons 
  85.  listed below. In most cases, you receive an error message indicating the 
  86.  reason for the failure and the action to take. If you do not know what 
  87.  to do, contact your administrator.</p>
  88. <h2>Failure occurred when importing a token from a file</h2>
  89. <p>You specified the wrong file path or you did not specify a file path.</p>
  90. <h2>Failure occurred when downloading a token from the web</h2>

  92.     <li class=p><p>You entered the URL incorrectly or you did not enter 
  93.  the URL.</p></li>
  94.     <li class=p><p>You entered a URL that does not start with http:// or 
  95.  https://.</p></li>

  97.  example, you omitted or mistyped characters. </p></li>
  98.     <li class=p><p>The web service could not access the Internet resource.</p></li>

  107.  that your enterprise allows.</p></li>

  109.  If you forget the password, you cannot import the token and must contact
