  28. They did it!  Sprint sent me in the mail a copy of their new (as of June 3rd,
  29. 1991) Sprint Plus rates.

  31. For all of you who believed that *no* LDC would ever tell customers their rates
  32. *in writing*, here are the current Sprint Plus state-to-state rates.
