  6. You must read the following agreement before using the 
  7. "software" (AssistBar 98 Version 2.1). If you do not 
  8. agree to its terms, you must delete all copies of the 
  9. software and other accompanying files.

  12. AS AN UNREGISTERED USER:
  13.  
  14. 1. You may use the unregistered software for 30 days for 
  15.    evaluation purpose only. To use the software for more 
  16.    than 30 days, you must register the software. See 
  17.    contents.htm for registration. Registration fee is not 
  18.    refundable in any way. 
  19.  
  20. 2. If you share the software with other persons, each 
  21.    user has to register the software. 
  22.  
  23. 3. You may give copies of unregistered software to other 
  24.    users provided that you make EXACT copies of the 
  25.    original (including but not limited to all documents 
  26.    that are accompanied with the software). You may not 
  27.    redistribute components (such as Antenna.ocx) separetely.

  30. WHEN YOU REGISTER THE SOFTWARE:

  32. 1. You will obtain a registration key to register the 
  33.    software that is installed on computer(s) you use. You 
  34.    may also use the key to register the software that is 
  35.    installed on storage device(s), such as a network server, 
  36.    that you use.

  38. 2. You may not distribute the registration key in any way 
  39.    under any circumstances. You must keep it secret to 
  40.    other users. You may not use the key to register the 
  41.    software that you do not use.

  43. 3. You will be qualified to upgrade the software without 
  44.    any additional fee. You will be notified the version 
  45.    up of the software via email.

  48. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY:

  50.    The software and other accompanying files are provided 
  51.    "as is" without warranty of any kind. The user must assume 
  52.    the entire risk of using the program. This applies to both 
  53.    registered and unregistered users.
