You must read the following agreement before using the 
"software" (AssistBar 98 Version 2.1). If you do not 
agree to its terms, you must delete all copies of the 
software and other accompanying files. 


AS AN UNREGISTERED USER:

1. You may use the unregistered software for 30 days for 
   evaluation purpose only. To use the software for more 
   than 30 days, you must register the software. See 
   contents.htm for registration. Registration fee is not 
   refundable in any way. 

2. If you share the software with other persons, each 
   user has to register the software. 

3. You may give copies of unregistered software to other 
   users provided that you make EXACT copies of the 
   original (including but not limited to all documents 
   that are accompanied with the software). You may not 
   redistribute components (such as Antenna.ocx) separetely. 


WHEN YOU REGISTER THE SOFTWARE:

1. You will obtain a registration key to register the 
   software that is installed on computer(s) you use. You 
   may also use the key to register the software that is 
   installed on storage device(s), such as a network server, 
   that you use. 

2. You may not distribute the registration key in any way 
   under any circumstances. You must keep it secret to 
   other users. You may not use the key to register the 
   software that you do not use. 

3. You will be qualified to upgrade the software without 
   any additional fee. You will be notified the version 
   up of the software via email. 


DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY:

   The software and other accompanying files are provided 
   "as is" without warranty of any kind. The user must assume 
   the entire risk of using the program. This applies to both 
   registered and unregistered users.
