  10. 43A  EXT. CARDASSIA PRIME - STREET - NIGHT

  12.     A backstreet somewhere in the heart of the capital. 
  13.     Two JEM'HADAR stand guard outside the ENTRANCE to a 
  14.     large building which is a BARRACKS for the 
  15.     Jem'Hadar. The structure has several WINDOWS lining 
  16.     the facade (though we can't necessarily see inside). 
  17.     N.D. Jem'Hadar and VORTA move in and out of the 
  18.     barracks, while N.D. CARDASSIAN PASSERSBY walk on 
  19.     the opposite side of the street -- as if to avoid 
  20.     the Jem'Hadar altogether.
  21.  
  22. 43B  IN AN ALCOVE
  23.  
  24.     we find Damar and Kira lurking in the shadows and 
  25.     watching the Barracks. Kira has the hood of her 
  26.     cloak drawn over her face. They're worried.
  27.  
  28.                     KIRA
  29.             He's been in there too long.
  30.             Something's wrong.
  31.  
  32. 43C  AT THE ENTRANCE
  33.  
  34.     Garak comes out of the barracks carrying a PADD, and 
  35.     is about to go on his way, but one JEM'HADAR stops 
  36.     him.
  37.  
  38.                     JEM'HADAR
  39.             Let me see your work order.
  40.  
  41.                     GARAK 
  42.                 (pleasant)
  43.             I showed it to you on the way in.
  44.  
  45.     The Jem'Hadar snatches the PADD out of his hand and 
  46.     looks it over.
  47.  
  48.                     JEM'HADAR
  49.  
  50.             This has not been approved by the
  51.             First.

  53.                     GARAK
  54.             Ah. Yes. Let me explain...
