  29.     needed. He watches as people go about their daily 
  30.     lives, and we can see that he's thinking that many of 
  31.     them are going to die needlessly. A long moment, then 
  32.     he heads toward Quark's...

  37.     SUPERNUMERARIES as needed. Bashir has shown O'Brien 
  38.     the team's analysis and is waiting for a response.
