  2.      DEEP SPACE NINE: "Paradise Lost" - REV. 11/14/95 - ACT ONE     14.
  3.
  4. 10   CONTINUED:    (5)
  5.
  6.                     SISKO
  7.             By "we" I assume you mean Red
  8.             Squad.
  9.
  10.                     SHEPARD
  11.                 (eager to please)
  12.             Yes, sir. After assembly we were
  13.             beamed aboard the Lakota. Once
  14.             aboard we received our equipment
  15.             and the necessary codes, and were
  16.             transported directly to the
  17.             Division of Planetary Operations
  18.             in Lisbon.
  19.
  20.                     SISKO
  21.             At what time?
  22.
  23.                     SHEPARD
  24.             It was oh-four hundred hours
  25.             exactly. Local time of course.
  26.
  27.                     SISKO
  28.             Go on, cadet.
  29.
  30.                     SHEPARD
  31.             Our contact inside the DPO gave us
  32.             access to their computer control
  33.             network. From there we used the
  34.             access codes we were given,
  35.             bypassed the security lockouts,
  36.             and downloaded the disordering
  37.             protocols into the network.
  38.
  39.                     SISKO
  40.                 (putting it together)
  41.             And from there the protocols
  42.             spread to every power relay on the
  43.             planet.
  44.
  45.                     SHEPARD
  46.             It was a pretty, impressive sight,
  47.             sir. Watching those relays wink
  48.             out one after another.
  49.
  50.                     SISKO
  51.             Sorry I missed it.
  52.
  53.     Shepard now thinks everything is okay. Whatever Sisko
  54.     thought went wrong, Shepard has proved it wasn't his
  55.     fault.
