  4. This archive contains the BWCC.DLL dynamic link library needed by
  5. the It Utilities and the sound files to enhance them. It is 
  6. useless without the archive IT15A.ZIP. It must be unzipped 
  7. along with the first if you wish to use the provided install, 
  8. which does a full install of all the files from both archives. The 
  9. file INSTALL.INF from this archive replaces the one in the first
  10. archive. If you have already installed the first archive you can
  11. simply copy all the *.WAV files from this archive to your It
  12. Utilities directory.
