- **************************
- +Offline-Export of marked Sample-Viewer-regions.
- All marked regions (cues) in the Sample-Viewer are saved back to
- back in a target file..
-
- +Offline-Export 1 File/Cue.
- Every marked region (cue) in the Sample-Viewer is saved in a single
- file.
- The target-file-name is incremented for each cue.
- Example:
- Target-file = "file001.Aif" then "file001.Aif", "file002.Aif",...
-
- +Raw file (This are files who aren't Aiff, Wav or Avr) may be
- viewed in the Sample-viewer. "Play And Record" can be used to
- convert a raw-file in one of the known Formats.
- When the Program sees a raw-file it asks with a few
- Dialog-boxes for the structure of the file.
-
- Version 2.91 Date 7.02.99
- *************************
- -There was a Bug when an AIF was converted to WAV and
- a another when stereo WAVs where created. Sorry!
- Both bugs are now removed. Additionally the tolerance of
- the Program for reading audio-files is increased now.
-
- Version 2.9 Date 1.02.99
- *************************
- +A view Bugs where removed.
-
- +Four offline-tools were added.
- The tools Normalise, Balance, "Stereo -> Mono" and
- "Exchange L<->R" are not working in real-time so you
- will not hear the results while processing.
-
-
- +Play,Record and Play and Record as well as the new
- offline-tools are now capable of handling complete
- folders.
- In this case the target of an operation must be in a
- different Folder. The filenames of the source file
- will be used as filenames for the target files. The
- user can modify the file-type of the files in the
- target-directory. So one can convert many different
- file-types from the source-folder in the selected
- type in de target folder (for Example convert from
- AIF to WAV).
-
- If the specified source-filename is empty, a folder-name
- or a name with wildcards ("*" and "?") more than one
- file will be selected.
-
- 1. If the filename is empty or a folder-name all the files
- in the folder will be selected.
- 2. If the filename contains wildcards all the masked
- files will be selected.
- For Example:
- - "*.AIF" selects all Aiff-Dateien.
- - "DATEI?.A??" selects DATEI1.AIF, DATEI1.AVR, DATEI2.AIF, ...
-
- If you select more than one source-file you have to select
- a different directory for the target-file.
-
- If the target-filename is empty all the target-files will
- have the same type and name as the source files have.
-
- If you specify a target-filename with one of the extensions
- (.AIF,.AVR,.WAV) all the target-files will be converted in
- the corresponding formats.
-
- If the file-extension is unknown by the program a dialog-box
- is displayed.
-
- +The Sample-viewer has been extended:
- The viewed region in the detail-view can now be altered by
- dragging the wished region on the detail time-scale.
-
-
- Sample-viewer Key-commands:

- displayed if you hit [Help] while the

- *************************
- +Play and Record of "WAV" and ".AVR" Files is supported.
- If you specify a filename with the extension "WAV" or ".AVR"
- for Record the file-format is automatically generated.
- (Note. playing and recording of ".WAV" needs more CPU Power
- so the system is slowed down a bit)
-
- +On Program start you may give a ".AIF", "WAV" or ".AVR"
- filename to the Program. The specified File is then
- automatically opened in the Sample-viewer.
- On the Atari Desktop you can drag and drop a File to
- the Program-symbol to open it on Program-start.
-
- +In Loop Mode the Cursor is displayed at the actual
- play-position.
