  45. and not with Microsoft Corporation. Therefore, your payment will be 
  46. due to the online service provider. The online service provider you 
  47. select will provide you with specific payment instructions.

  50. your online service provider renders. If you have any questions 
  51. concerning a particular online service provider's policies or 
  52. offerings, you should contact the online service provider directly.
