  6.         participating in this Census. If you are using a DOS based 
  7.         computer and would like to bypass this ASCII form look for the 
  8.         file EFORM92.ZIP at a BBS near you on August 15, 1992.

  16.         FORM92.TXT              The Census Form.
  17.         INSTRUCT.TXT            Instructions for filing the ASCII form.

  21.         FORM92.TXT is set up to be printed out and filled in by hand,
  22.         or filed using any plain ASCII text editor, then mailed back to
  23.         us by September 15, 1992. It will take two stamps for proper
  24.         postage. If you will be using a TEXT editor, please see the
  25.         file INSTRUCT.TXT.
