  10. I request that the VA, in addition to the information given here,
  11. develop evidence of my duties while I served in Southeast Asia 
  12. pursuant to 38 C.F.R. 3.103.  I would like to be notified
  13. immediately when such development has been completed and be sent
  14. a copy of the results of such development.  
  15.  
  16. This also is to request that the VA presume I was exposed to the
  17. traumatic event described below, unless the VA can affirmatively
  18. establish otherwise. If your development does not include contact
  19. with the U.S. Army & Joint Services Environmental Support Group
  20. (1730 K St. NW, Room 210,Washington D.C. 20006) please inform me
  21. of that fact.

  23. If you decide the information in my claim does not establish a
  24. reasonable probability of a valid claim, notify me immediately so
  25. that I will know to file a Notice Of Disagreement.

  27. If you apply any rules or policies contained in VA regulations, 
  28. manual, or circulares to my case either send me copies of those 
  29. materials or identify them and tell me where I can review and 
  30. copy them. If you obtain advisory opinions or opinions of the 
  31. General Counsel,  provide me with copies before you decide my 
  32. case.

  34. Any reasonable doubt involving my claim, particularly with regard
  35. to the severity of the traumatic event, should be resolved in my
  36. favor pursuant to 38 C.F.R. 3.102.
