ATCLOCK
Batch Mode
Simply add the word "atclock" after the program name. For
example, your batch file might look like:
prompt $p$g
atclock atclock <-- this sets the DOS time to
. the hardware time

Uses
Run ATCLOCK before and after "suspect" programs to see
whether they slow the DOS clock or not.
Run ATCLOCK in batch mode to reset the DOS clock to the
hardware clock. This saves time over rebooting your machine,
particularly when the CONFIG.SYS and AUTOEXEC.BAT files take
a long time.
Run ATCLOCK to update the AT hardware (CMOS) clock.
This sure beats cold-starting your machine just to run the
SETUP program. Cycling through a long memory can take an
awful long time.
