CHAPTER 8
UNIONS
A lot of unions have already established programs to help the
children of their members get a college education. If either of your
parents belongs to one of the unions on this list, you're in luck.
All of these unions have an educational program for the children of
members or deceased members. Get in touch with your parent's local or
the union headquarters to find out exactly how you qualify for their
scholarship program. If either of your parents belongs to a union
that isn't on this list, contact the union anyway. They may have a
program or you may be able to persuade them to start one.
