  13. At last a decent greyhound handicapping program that does not
  14. set the programs writers handicapping preferences for you.  MEGAPUPS
  15. lets you, the handicapper, set the values and biases on the race
  16. statistics.  These personal preferences are then passed through
  17. the program, using the dogs performace history, to graphically
  18. show you the race conclusion!
  19. The registered version will hold over one million dogs history in
  20. it's datafile.
