  3.      I,  JOSEPH  RANGELL,  residing in the Borough  of  Brooklyn, 
  4.  
  5. County of Kings,  City and State of New York,  being of sound and 
  6.  
  7. disposing mind and memory,  do hereby make,  publish, and declare 
  8.  
  9. this  to be my Last Will and Testament,  hereby revoking any  and 
  10.  
  11. all Wills and Codicils thereto heretofore made by me.
  12.  
  13.      FIRST:   I direct that my Executor, hereinafter named, shall 
  14.  
  15. pay  all  of my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after  my 
  16.  
  17. death as is practicable.
  18.  
  19.      SECOND:   I hereby direct that all estate,  inheritance, and 
  20.  
  21. transfer taxes, both upon my estate owned by me at the time of my 
  22.  
  23. death and upon any and all taxable transfers made by me during my 
  24.  
  25. lifetime,  if  any,  be  paid out of the residue  of  my  estate, 
  26.  
  27. herinafter devised and bequeathed.
  28.  
  29.      THIRD:   All the rest, residue and remainder of my property, 
  30.  
  31. real,  personal,  and mixed, wheresoever the same may be situate, 
  32.  
  33. of which I may die seized or possessed, or in which I may have an 
  34.  
  35. interest or the power of disposition,  at the time of my death, I 
  36.  
  37. hereby  give,  devise  and bequeath unto my beloved  wife,  ETHEL 
  38.  
  39. RANGELL, absolutely and in fee simple, provided, however, that my 
  40.  
  41. said wife shall survive me.
  42.  
  43.      FOURTH:   In  the  event  that  my  wife  and  I  shall  die 
  44.  
  45. simultaneously, or by reason of a common accident or disaster, or 
  46.  
  47. under  such  circumstances  so  as to  render  it  impossible  to 
  48.  
  49. determine which of us predeceased the other,  I hereby declare it 
  50.  
  51. to  be  my  Will  and  it shall  be  deemed  that  I  shall  have 
  52.  
  53. predeceased  her,  and  my  Will and of its provisions  shall  be 
  54.  
  55. constitute as if my wife had survived me.
  56.      FIFTH:   In the event my beloved wife,  ETHEL RANGELL, shall 
  57.  
  58. have predeceased me,  I direct my Executor,  herinafter named, to 
  59.  
  60. divide  my  residuary estate into two equal parts,  and I  direct 
  61.  
  62. that  one of such parts be paid to each of my children.   In  the 
  63.  
  64. event that either of my said children shall have predeceased  me, 
  65.  
  66. and shall have left issue him surviving, I hereby direct that the 
  67.  
  68. share  to  which  such deceased child would have  been  entitled, 
  69.  
  70. shall be paid in equal shares to such issue.
  71.  
  72.      In  the  event  that either of my children shall  have  pre-
  73.  
  74. deceased me,  leaving no issue me surviving, I hereby direct that 
  75.  
  76. my entire residuary estate be paid over to the surviving child.
  77.  
  78.      SIXTH:  I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my beloved 
  79.  
  80. wife,  ETHEL RANGELL,  to be the Executrix of this,  my Last Will 
  81.  
  82. and Testament.  If, for any reason, she should fail to qualify or 
  83.  
  84. be unable to serve as such Executrix,  then and in that event,  I 
  85.  
  86. nominate,   constitute  and  appoint  MARK  STUART  RANGELL,   23 
  87.  
  88. Hillsborough Court, Rockaway, New Jersey O7866, as Sole Executor.
  89.  
  90.      SEVENTH:  I hereby give unto my Executrix, herein named, the 
  91.  
  92. fullest  powers  and  authority  in  all  matters  and  questions 
  93.  
  94. pertaining  to  the  administration of  my  estate,  and  to  the 
  95.  
  96. execution  of  this,   my  Last  Will  and  Testament,   and  its 
  97.  
  98. provisions,  including,  but not by way of limitation,  the power 
  99.  
  100. and authority to sell, lease, mortgage, convey, at such times and 
  101.  
  102. upon  such  terms as to the said Executrix may  seem  proper;  to 
  103.  
  104. insure  such  property under my Executrix's control  against  any 
  105.  
  106. risk constituting as insurable risk,  and to make disposition and 
  107.  
  108. division  in kind,  and to determine the value of any property so 
  109.  
  110. disposed and divided, as an owner of property might do.  Executor 
  111.  
  112. is  not  to  be entitled to any  remuneration  fee  for  services 
  113.  
  114. performed.

  132. pages,  including this page,  was on the day of the date thereof,

  134. signed by JOSEPH RANGELL,  as Testator,  in our presence, and we,

  136. thereupon,  at  his  request  and in his  presence,  and  in  the 
  137.  
  138. presence of each other,  signed our names and residence addresses 
  139.  
  140. as witnesses thereto.
