- IMPORTANT HOUSEHOLD INFORMATION

- LAUNDRY ROOM
-
- BLUE VALVE- on ceiling on top of boiler, off to right hand
-
- side of boiler. This shuts off the water to the backyard pipe.
-
-
- SLOP SINK- Remove cover above the sink on ceiling. Turn
-
- right knob for cold water shut off and left knob for hot water
-
- shut off. This also shuts off water in basement bathroom.
-

- GAS BOILER- If there is ever a smell of gas, turn BLACK
-
- SWITCH to the right. That will shut motor off and turn handle
-
- for gas to the right halfway up.
-
-
- FIRE EXTINGUISHER- Open handle. Cut thin wire with scissor
-
- located in workshop on pegboard hooks. Squeeze handle. Keep
-
- nozzle away from you. Read instructions on front.
-

- ORANGE KNOB- on top of boiler is for mixing cold water to
-
- lower the temperature of the water. Only use this if water is
-
- extremely hot.
-
- WORKSHOP
-
- BLUE VALVE- Located near ceiling near gas meters. Turn to
-
- right to shut off. This connects water to pipe in front of the
-
- house.
-

- MAIN VALVE- located on right hand side corner, back of file
-
- cabinet. Shuts off ENTIRE water supply. Located on bottom,
-
- behind boxes.

- UPSTAIRS BATHROOM

- To shut pipes off both kitchen and bathroom, turn valve in
-
- back of toilet. Right side is for HOT water. Left side is for
-
- COLD water.

- FUSE BOX
-
- For fuses #1-5 use S-15 type fuse.
-
- 1. Kitchen, Bathroom, and Foyer.
-
- 2. Bedrooms and Wall Switches (Lamps).
-
- 3. Downstairs- Workshop Area, Bathroom, and Laundry Room.
-
- 4. Rear Basement and part of Rear Workshop.
-
- 5. Refrigerator Upstairs, Dinette, and Living Room.
-
- For fuse #6 use S-20 type fuse.
-
- 6. Outlet for Toaster and Broiler.
