HTML Designer is currently configured to work on English, German and Dutch Language machines.
If you experience any problems running this application on another machine please contact me and I will arrange a version configured for your particular machine.
The main problem that may be experienced is that the previewing of HTML pages in the Browser may not display changes correctly.
