  5. -----------
  6. The Query by Form Wizard is an Access 2.0 add-in that allows you to build a critiera form for any bound form or report the point-and-click way.

  8. How to install
  9. --------------
  10. 1.  Copy QBFWIZ.MDA to your Access 2.0 directory.
  11. 2.  Start Access and open any database.
  12. 3.  Go to File|Menu Add-ins|Add-in Manager.
  13. 4.  It should be listed in the Add-in manger window.
  14. 5.  Highlight Query by Form Wizard and click Install.
  15. 6.  Click Close.

  17. When Access restarts, Form QBF and Report QBF will have been
  18. added to the Menu Add-ins.
