What is it?
-----------
The Query by Form Wizard is an Access 2.0 add-in that allows you to build a critiera form for any bound form or report the point-and-click way.

How to install
--------------
1.  Copy QBFWIZ.MDA to your Access 2.0 directory.
2.  Start Access and open any database.
3.  Go to File|Menu Add-ins|Add-in Manager.
4.  It should be listed in the Add-in manger window.
5.  Highlight Query by Form Wizard and click Install.
6.  Click Close.

When Access restarts, Form QBF and Report QBF will have been
added to the Menu Add-ins.
